30-day return guarantee
You have 30 days to decide if the product is suitable. We will refund you the full amount after we confirm the return.
Return steps:
- Please contact us first by email and state which item you wish to return and why.
- After you have correctly requested the return, we will send you the return process by email.
- After that, please repack the returned item in its original packaging according to our return procedure. Finally, take the package to your local post office.
- Most return requests are processed within 5 business days of receiving the package. You will receive a confirmation email after we issue the refund.
Return policy:
- You have 30 days to decide if the product is right for you. You can return or exchange the product within 30 days of confirming receipt.
- Please follow the process to request a correct return, otherwise we will not accept the returned package.
- Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.
- For packages returned to us, we do not offer a Freight-To-Transfer (FTC) service and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please inspect your return carefully before sending it off.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
